got lots to blog today.
finally got my samsung PC studio fixed and now i can upload photos from my phone to my laptop.
yeahs!

lets look at my backlog.

bf's birthday.

decided to bake something for bf's birthday on 9 dec.
so with amanda's and chun's help,
we decided on chocolate cupcake. with mint and durian fillings inside!



top up the cup cakes with the beautiful peach.


and decided to bake cookies for him too. but didnt turn out too well, due to the over estimate of flour, high temperature and colour (he says they look like faeces.)


placed the cookies and cupcakes into my gift box


raining cats and dogs when i left amanda's hse for his house.
squeezy bus, stupid bus driver, unforseen circumstances.
almost spoil my entire mood for that day.
but since it's BF's birthday, i shan't spoil it.

gave him all my hand-made presents with lotsa love.
heez. i think i'm super and creative. haha.
forgot to take photos of the presents i made.
so i cannot hao lian them =(

slacked at his house for a while to wait for the rain to stop before heading to marina square for Pariss buffet!
we ate and ate from 5.30pm to about 8.30pm.
omg! thats like 3 hours of food!

hmm..... kukup trip (15 dec - 16 dec)

gathered at eunos mrt to meet my "tour" mates!
xin hui, xin yi, chun hui, chun yi, chun hui's dad, chun hui's dad's friend, xin hui's cousin and her bf, amanda and lastly, myself!

upon reaching there, we had lunch!
sea food sea food sea food and sea food!
*burp*

took a boat to our hotel.
the nice scenery.



walked and shopped around at kukup before gg back to our hotel to have some self-entertainment. Mahjong and karaoke! free flow of karaoke disc for you to sing till you drop!

after that, curry chicken and bee hoon was served for tea break. the curry chicken is yummy.

visited their kelong after tea break. lotsa interesting fishes. =)

and then it was dinner time.
the kukup pple barbequed food for us. their chicken wings were perfectly marinated! their sting ray was good. their sotong balls were fantastic. their otah was like omg! (makes me drool). cant really remember what else did we have.
all i can remember was me, almost on the verge of having an exploded stomach.

and then, the finale of the night.
fireworks!
we bought the 49响 fireworks.
it costs us about 138 ringgits, but chun's dad sponsored us S＄50 for the beautiful moment.
it was just like a mini NDP parade.
I could almost touch the fireworks if i reach out my hand.
the sparks even droped down and burnt xin's cousin top!
that shows how close we are to the fireworks.
i videoed it down using my phone, but wasn't properly taken cos half of the time i was screaming away, avoiding the sparks that came falling down like raindrops.

but chun managed to take a beautiful video of it, go visit her blog to view it! nice nice nice!

and then soon, its supper time again.
for supper, their have their fried prawn cracker but looks like pan cake, curry puffs and red bean soup!
nice!

next morning, we woke up at 6.30am to catch the beautiful sky of kukup.

visited their temple (photos still with amanda)
packed our stuffs, and head back to restuarant for lunch.

for lunch, its still seafood seafood and seafood!
crabs, prawns, fish, cockles, vege, blah blah blah.

do some last min shopping at jusco before returning to singapore.

the kukup trip was very enjoyable. we paid only 65 bucks each for this trip, and everything is planned and included already. so value for money especially when it comes to food!
if you guys are interested, i can recommend you the contact person to look for!
he provides good service!

if you notice, this post is all about eating and eating and eating.
so you can imagine the amount of weight i've put on.

not much of use to reduce the amount of longingness for him no matter how much i whine.

im feeling really really depressed.

i keep telling myself it must be the hormones at work.

i get agitated over little things,
i break down over simple things,
i get very sensitive over my surroundings
i frown cos of nothing,
i cry, and then i smile, and then i tear, and then i laugh
all coming all together at once,
i dunno how i managed to do that also.

all i know is, i feel insecure, depressed, helpless, clingy, sad, fear, and ya da ya da.

everytime when i work at great eastern,
i will be so depressed at the end of the day,
cos i haven secure any appointment for my boss.

my boss keeps comparing my results with 3 sixteen yr old students who just finished their o levels.

they managed to secure at least 2 appointment after every session of work. and the fact that they do not have prior experience like i do make a big woo-ha out of it.


i wonder where is wrong? am i not persistent enough?

i think if this continues, i might get fired by the boss.
but i secretly hope that he will fire me asap. haha.

if not for the flexi hours, i would have left.

what's even more depressing is the fact that bf will be enlist in a week time.

boring job, but easiest to be employed for a short term basis.

narrowed down my choice to sony vaio cr series and LG
its a battle between beauty and the brain.
cos im so in love with the beauty of vaio
yet LG specs is far much better than vaio for the same price.

in the end, settle for the brain.
more worth it to get the one with better specs with the same price.
even though LG is not as pretty as vaio,
i got Garskin to beautify it!

lalala.
so satisfied today, although feeling so dead tired.

lastly, i wanna thanks for dear sweet bf for accompanying me to sitex to squeeze with the people there, leading the way, help me evaluate and carry things around for me.

does being the eldest in the family means more accusations and responsibilities?

it's not liked im the only daughter in the house,
it's not liked the rest of my sisters just pretty vases,

but why is it that everytime, every one seems to assume responsibilities and faults on me?

for example:

grandma: "wash the dishes after you eat, dun leave everything to the maid, she got alot of things to do liao. help her out abit. she is doing so much for your mum, doesnt take much effort for you to wash up the dishes."

what can i say?
out of the 4 daughters,
im always the one doing the dishes,
but when the dishes are not done, everyone points their fingers at me, as if its my fault for not washing them up.
why the other 3 sisters dont get the blame?

today, a relative came to visit my mum

and she said to me: "get your mum something to do, dont let her watched the television all day long. not good for her. get her something like sudoku to do. sudoku you know? you just need to go popular bookstores and buy. or if not you can get it from the internet.

me: "ya...i'll do it for her"

she:" make sure you do it ar, dont give me lip service only hor."

hell...does she know me well to comment and say till like i everytime only say but nv do.
she makes it seems like its my fault for not giving my mum anything to do, let her watched tv all day long is not good, and its my fault that she watch tv all day long cos i only give lip service and nv carry out any shit.

damn pissed. such an unfair world. as if im the only daughter.

one of the new year resolution that i've made a few years ago was to master cooking.
but then.... i always say only, nv really carry out.

those who know me well would have know that i really cannot make it in kitchen.
i only know how to cook sunny side up, maggie mee, sphagetti and plain rice. THATS ALL.

yes, that is how retarded i am in the kitchen.

lucky, i got a bf who knows how to cook, and he always do the cooking while i WATCHED him cook. haha.

one reason that's stopping me from cooking is because im afraid of heat. there was once when i went to help out at my grandma coffee shop and i pour the whole bowl of boiling soup on my hands. it was quite a bad scald. from then on, i became extremely paraniod about hot soups and dishes.

im also afraid of fire. i hate fire crackers, sparks etc etc.
dun ask me why, im just afraid of them.

with the above two reasons, its enough to stop me from cooking. haha.

what other reasons can i think of?

hmm.... oh ya, my secondary school home econs teacher didnt really teach me how to cook.
all i can remember is she teaching us to make rock cookie, some other shit cookie and pizza.
which dun even require the use of stove.
i think she's just plain lazy. BAH!

anyways, i know it may seems to be just excuses. i'm the lazy one, not my home econs teacher. haha.

i finally decided to learn how to cook fried rice
(i know you are shocked, but yes, I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO COOK FRIED RICE)
i even have to be thick skinned abit to ask my youngest sis how to cook fried rice.
and so i took note of the steps, and i decided to get my ass down to the kitchen to cook fried rice for my boyfriend. =)

went changi hosiptal's pharmacy to get latex gloves for my maid.
i went there with a pocket full of hopes to get the delicious I SCREAM yogurt after buying the gloves.

but but but...!!!!

there's no more I SCREAM yogurt there anymore.
so sad and disappointed and hungry by the time i left the hospital.

so i decided to make french toast and healthy yougurt salad for lunch instead.

exams ended about 1 week ago...and i've yet to find any job.

been slacking around, watching coffee prince, chalet, birthday gatherings and dating!

last sunday(11 nov) was daddy's birthday. went to xin's hse in the afternoon to make amanda's birthday card.

it's a jig saw puzzel concept, whereby the 4 of us write and decorate on our respective part of the jigsaw!

this is my part. look at my border! so pretty! amanda said mine was the prettiest! yeah~

at night, went to have daddy's birthday dinner at mummy's fren restaurant.
and they served us so many dishes can!
we ordered abt 6 dishes, but they treated us to additional 4, including dessert! so full~

this is the birthday cake i bought from Q bread. chocolate mint.
people, dun say i nv warn you.
dun buy this flavour from q bread any more.
looks nice but it taste simply disgusting.
i feel so guilty for not buying a nice cake for my dad.

i remembered when i was in primary school, most of my frens who saw my dad, will ask me if my father is an indian or a malay.

the one behind is my grandfather.

went orchard to get amanda's present with xin and chun the next day.
we got her a crumpler backpack.

i love the lightings at orchard road now.
so romantic.

it will be nice to hold my bf's hands and walk down the stretch of road, provided if its not crowded.

eversince my mum is discharged from the hospital, my maid will cook lunch and dinner at home.
ahh! i love home cooked food.

we've been eating outside food for the past 4 to 5 months.
and now...home cooked food almost everyday!
feel so blessed and healthy and loved.

friday, went pak tor with bf. watch beowulf. incase you dunno how to pronounce, let me teach you first. its (bay-wolf). so embarrassing cos when buying the tickets i dunno how to pronounce, and i pronounced it as (be-oh-wolf).haha

at night, met up with weekday at 11pm at admiralty.
we gave amanda a surprise by appearing outside her house with cakes at 12am.
stayed over at her house, as usual, eat and chat.

so nice catching up with them. have yet to receive the pictures from chun hui. but without teck chiat around, we took little pictures. haha.

went to terminal 3 open hse yesterday afternoon.
brought mummy there for a walk. =)

the spacious terminal 3. it has an area equivalent to 63 football field.

the long escalator.

you know, i really love long escalators!
just by standing on them, taking my time to observe my surroundings, breathing slowing, knowing that im rising higher and higher slowly.

so nice! so romantic! i like!
i like the escalators at airport, LIDO, central. i can only think of this 3 places. haha

at night, met up with mL to celebrate sa's 20th birthday.
we were definitely her true love.

went to ECP to jog with my grandparents at 6.30AM.
so early can.
but im surprised when i stepped out of the house at 6.30am,
the sky is not dark anymore.

its been a long time since we went there for morning jog already.
about 5 years?

and today, i found out that people sell fresh fishes that they catch somewhere at indonesian sea.
big and fresh.
and my grandma bought 3 big fishes back for mummy there.
people will gathering around the boat to buy them.
so interesting you know, people selling fishes on boat in this urban city.
i've never seen this before.

now i know the market rate for fishes (but dunno which kind of fish lar) is $13 for 1 kg.

=) a new lesson learnt.

now tell me, should i work at origins or just find some telemarketeing job to do?

the worst thing that could happen to you during exams period is -- falling sick.

i fell sick on the day before my 2nd paper. how great.
down with slight fever and flu.

went to see doc on monday...
but medicine like no use, cos till now, i've yet to recover.
been using so much tissues for my mucus! feel so damn guilty.
