i had a wonderful birthday celebration with weekdays and kenny ong juz now.
i was juz so great to be able to meet them again after so many months!
dine at swiss cafe and tcc!
finally accumulated $88 for their member card.
this year, receive a wallet, anti stretch mark essence, cactus, towela, ankle socks, earings, lip balm, chocolates and birthday card from them!
felt so loved by them today.
:)
4 years of frenship.
thats how we come by.
time flies, memories stay.

birthday should be a happy occassion where u can celebrate whole heartedly with your loved ones.

but its weird.

when i grow older, i dun seem to look forward to my birthday as how i used to last time.

whats so big deal abt it?
its juz a birthday.

seriously. this yr no birthday mood.
im not excited that my birthday is juz 2 days away.
last yr, when i wanted to celebrate it, im having FMA exam.
last last yr, celebrated my birthday in a low and weird atmosphere cos of family problems.

i really cant remember when was the last time i thoroughly enjoy celebrating my birthday le.

today, while at work, this little boy came into the shop with his daddy.
he saw the chocolate and tell his daddy "Daddy! i want chocolate!"
me [sir, just to inform you, its double chocolate today and not the usual belgium chocolate.]
boy *eyes brighten up* [ i wan double chocolate!]
father [ get him a double chocolate then...]
me [ sure, juz a moment ] * scoop the double chocolate and give a little boy*
boy [ eh? i tot u say double chocolate? y is there only one scoop of chocolate here?]
me [ -_-"' ]

haha. cute boy. totally misunderstood the meaning of double chocolate.

which leads me thinking....
theres so many meaning to certain phrases and sentences.
therefore, its easy for miscommunication to occur.
how many of us quarrel cos of miscommunication and misunderstanding each other?
should we blame it on English itself for having multiple meanings, or blame it on the parties involoved for being ambiguous?

maybe its the uncertainty of the future that is holding me up.
the uncertainty, the fear.
its not that i have no faith.
its juz that...nth in this world is so absolute.
everyone has fear,
so do i.

fear of losing.
losing beloved ones.

but if things were to happen,
it happens for a reason.

the reason, be it good or bad,
causes the uncertain outcome.

and by the time....
people will start going...."if only bla bla"

tell me, who in this world leave without regrets and live without the sentence "if only"?

history repeats cos people do not learn from mistake.
and me, im one of such people.



anyways, not to forget....i hate BD.

and my results sux. dun bother asking me. thanks.

Both of us were born on the same day, same year.
*hint* its 28 September.

With our student ambassador who brought us to shop at mong kok. and of cos the guy in purple shirt (SMRT uniform look alike) is Dr KK Lam.
